For the disclaimer placement make the box the entire length of the card (Landscape or Portrait). If it can expand and snap to grid or borders of the card that would be ideal but not necessary. If possible when other elements are centered on the disclaimer element it turns green If not center the text within the box and have it horizontally go end to end so then it would only move vertically. Also, it would be ideal if the keyboard arrows can be used to move the boxes. This ask can moved to version 2 if it is too difficult.
