Corporate Card Upload Other Occassion Error

Description

When uploading a corporate card and including the occasion other it creates a new box to add the occasion. However, when inputting that new occasion it errors. Using an existing occasion works. See attached image of error. Also add the human readable lemans error message instead of server/code error.
