Ziska

The back-of-card logos have the following issues:

1. PineBlue is appearing as the retailer or publisher logo.
2. PineBlue seems to be printing as a static logo on all cards.
3. For web orders, the back-of-card logos should be formatted as follows: the Ziska logo centered at the top, the retailer logo beneath it to the left, and the publisher logo below Ziska logo and to the right of the retailer log, all evenly spaced and center-aligned.
