If possible, add a Target Printer column to the order management screen with a drop-down selection on each order row. This field should be automatically populated with the retailer’s configured default printer when the order is created or loaded. Users should then have the ability to change the target printer for an individual order or a group of orders as needed. This provides flexibility for managing print routing based on printer availability, production requirements, or workload balancing.
