During testing with Canon onsite, we determined that all smaller printers require the 10 × 7 paper to be loaded in landscape orientation. However, for larger printers used by high-volume retailers, the primary paper trays are designed to be loaded in portrait orientation (7 × 10), and we would like to utilize all available trays for production.

Is there a way to implement a printer identifier or configuration setting that automatically sends print jobs in the appropriate orientation based on the printer type? For example, all identified smaller printers would receive the print job formatted as landscape (10 × 7), while all identified larger production printers would receive the job formatted as portrait (7 × 10).

This may become a higher priority if we acquire and onboard a high volume client. However, for now we I have set the priority to low.
