Description

While reviewing the current card printing workflows, no existing option or link was identified to print corporate cards. A See’s corporate card has been uploaded for reference. This ticket is intended to confirm whether corporate card printing functionality currently exists and, if not, to discuss adding support.

The Web Card Personalization flow is intended to serve multiple use cases, including testing, pilots, and walk-in flower shop customers. This would allow retailers to personalize and print cards on demand for in-store customers without requiring a full front-end or back-end integration. This approach supports piloting the solution in real retail environments while validating print workflows and customer experience.

If See’s moves forward with Ziska, the goal is to enable Corporate Card Personalization in Q1 as an initial rollout to begin revenue generation. If no existing corporate card workflow is available, the proposal is to rename the current “Personalize Card” option to “Web Card Personalization” and introduce a separate “Corporate Card Personalization” option.

The corporate card model is intended to minimize integration requirements. The expected workflow would allow a printer to be installed on-site at the retailer, with print jobs routed directly to that printer by opening printer ports on the retailer’s network or using port forwarding. This enables retailers to pilot and operate the solution with minimal technical overhead.

This same workflow is also being considered for a potential flower shop partner currently in onboarding discussions, so clarification and confirmation of the supported approach is needed.

This feature already exists. For end customer (e.g. from demo site) if the customer places an order its landing on different web experience page where as the corporate card design page has different web design.
