Add “Form Name” as the Top Hierarchy (Most Important)

We need to introduce a new top-level field called:

Form Name

This becomes the highest level in the hierarchy.

Purpose:

Defines the form type

Defines the physical size

Drives the layout rules and template selection

🔹 Proposed Hierarchy Order

Form Name (Defines form type and size)

Card Type (Web / Corporate)

Orientation (Portrait / Landscape)

Card Page

Configuration Level (Ziska Default / Retailer Specific)

🔹 Why This Is Necessary

Currently:
Templates are being modified without a clearly defined parent structure tied to form size and form purpose.

With Form Name added:

Every template modification is tied to a defined form type and size

Prevents cross-size template errors

Improves scalability

Makes retailer overrides cleaner

Supports future expansion (new sizes, new product types)
