Deactivation Date for current day is not allowed but should be allowed

Description
As a Ziska Admin I need to be able to deactivate a card on the current day. Currently it only allows next day deactivation. The verbiage/comment reads "Selected date: Monday, March 16, 2026" which is the current day but the current day is disabled on the calendar.
