for the personalization it appears the word filtering for bad words like the F word, DAM, SHIT etc is working let's discuss what words are filtered an how that is managed. Also, can the retailer add words? I'm informing See's that "Ziska does not currently support emojis in version 1.0. While the system can filter and sanitize text-based words, emojis are not recognized and therefore cannot be filtered."
