1.In the Create Invoice screen, there is currently no option to directly mark an invoice as paid during creation. Adding a checkbox labeled “I have received the payment” at the end of the form would allow users to quickly mark the invoice as paid without needing additional steps.

2.After entering the payment amount in the payment section, there is currently no confirmation step before the amount is applied. A confirmation popup should be introduced to ensure the user wants to proceed with reflecting the entered amount.
